Accessibility Statement

EVNT Booth wants everyone to be able to learn about our services, request a quote, and enjoy our booths at their events. We are committed to making our website accessible to people of all abilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technologies.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

What we’ve done

Readable color contrast — our brand colors are paired to meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios for text.
Meaningful structure — pages use clear headings, landmarks, and lists so assistive technology can navigate them.
Text alternatives — photos include descriptive alternative text.
Keyboard support — menus, buttons, and links can be reached and used with a keyboard.
Responsive layout — pages adapt to phones, tablets, and desktop screens and support browser zoom.
No autoplay audio — sample videos start muted, and you control playback.

Known limitations

Third-party quote form and client portal. Our availability and quote form, agreements, and payments are hosted by a third-party platform (Bloom). We do not control its design and cannot guarantee it fully meets WCAG 2.2 AA. If you have trouble using it, email us and we will take your request directly instead.
Sample videos do not currently include captions or audio descriptions. The surrounding text on each page describes what the video shows.

We review our website periodically and work to fix issues as we find them.

Accessibility at your event

If you or your guests have accessibility needs at your event — such as booth placement, space for mobility devices, or help from our attendant — tell us when you request a quote and we’ll work with you and your venue to plan the setup.
